A URL QR code is the simplest and most common type — it encodes a web address directly. When someone scans it, their phone's camera opens that page. Use it for landing pages, social profiles, online menus, product pages, anything with a URL. qrlogo.org generates them entirely in your browser with custom colors and your logo — no signup needed.
Top use cases
- Landing pages. Print a campaign QR on flyers, posters, or packaging.
- Social profiles. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn — one QR per profile.
- Online menus. Restaurants and cafes drop a QR on the table.
- Product pages. Shelf-tag QR opens the full PDP on your website.
- Booking links. Calendly, Cal.com, or any booking page.
How to make one
- 1Paste your full URL (including https://) into the URL field.
- 2Pick your colors and upload your logo.
- 3Click Download — the PNG saves at 512 × 512 ready to print.

Make a URL QR codeFrequently asked questions
Can the URL change after I print the QR?
Not for static QRs — the URL is encoded directly into the matrix. For editable destinations use a dynamic QR (Pro plan).
Are there any URL length limits?
Technically QR codes can encode up to ~2,300 characters, but anything over ~150 characters makes the QR matrix dense and harder to scan. Use a URL shortener for very long links.
Does the URL need https://?
Strongly recommended. Some scanner apps refuse to open http:// links to avoid mixed-content warnings.
